Canceling An Order

If you would like to cancel your order please reach out to us via the Chat function at the bottom of our website or email us at Support@epcustomprints.com with your order number also in your subject. Any custom items that have been printed already would not be able to be refunded. As these are custom items and we cannot reuse them All custom items that have not been printed can be canceled. 

Damaged Items

We do not refund damaged or used items. Please follow all press instructions that have been included with the shipped item. If you noticed something is damaged before pressing it please contact us via chat on the website or emailing Support@epcustomprints.com. We will do our best to remake that particular item in question. 

Custom Printed Item Refunding

All sales are final on custom printed items. If something is incorrect with an item in question, you will have to ship back that particular item before we can ship a replacement item to you.
